This past weekend sure was a scorcher! High humidity and temperatures in the 90’s however, didn’t stop Courtney and Josh’s outdoor 8 Chains North Winery wedding from being a BLAST. Not only is Courtney one of the sweetest brides ever, but her attention to detail and style is impeccable. Doesn’t her flower crown and hand-tied bouquet from J.Morris Flowers look straight out of a magazine? Courtney enlisted the help of Hello Love Events for planning and day of coordination and Lacoya did an amazing job with the calligraphy on signs around the venue and the couple’s invitation suite. She also happens to be one of the nicest and most professional yet laid back planners I’ve had the pleasure of working with!
Courtney and Josh’s ceremony took place overlooking the property’s vineyards and was absolutely breathtaking! Afterwards we ventured out into the vineyard for some quick “golden hour” portraits. I know the couple was eager to get to their reception but I am always SO grateful when my brides and grooms give me time for photos with just the two of them right before sunset. It’s one of my favorite times of the day and no one is EVER disappointed in the results when we spend some time doing this!
Josh and Courtney – I love what your best man said during his toast. “I don’t believe anyone should marry someone who isn’t their best friend. And you two clearly are.” Though I haven’t known you for as along as he has, I can see for myself that you two not only are a perfect fit for each other but best friends as well and I am so happy for you both! Thank you for allowing me to capture your wonderful day – I hope you’ll treasure these photos for years to come!
