Lizz and Aaron | Fairfax Valentine’s Day Wedding

Lizz and Aaron are two of the most joyous and bubbly people you will ever meet! After years of dating they finally tied the knot in a traditional Jewish ceremony in a red and white themed Valentine’s Day wedding.

The theme that echoed throughout the entire day as people spoke about Lizz and Aaron and I watched them interact with each other and family and friends was “laughter and a vitality for life.” And for good reason too. After Lizz battled a serious illness and her Dad encountered intense medical problems that threatened to take his life just a few months before the wedding, it was clear that the whole day was filled with an appreciation and reverence for love, family and just the simple fact that everyone was alive, well and together to celebrate the union of Aaron and Lizz.

Their wedding day was filled with some amazing personal and meaningful touches including the signing of a Ketubah that they picked out to “match” their personalities, a Capitols themed garter, hockey puck grooms cake and speeches from the bride and groom’s siblings.

Capturing such a heartfelt occasion for two wonderful people like Lizz and Aaron was an amazing privilege. Thanks to both of you for involving me in your special day! I hope you’re having a blast in Hawaii and are enjoying the first few weeks of married life together!
