There’s obviously something magical about the month leading up to Christmas. But throw in a wedding and a cute waterfront, historic town? You’ve got heaven. Zach and Shannon are such a sweet couple and I’ve been looking forward to their December Annapolis wedding at the historic Governor Calvert House for a while.
I first met Zach and Shannon last spring during their Washington D.C. engagement session. I was immediately struck by how considerate and fun they were to be around…and how ORGANIZED and stylish they were. They constantly look like they’ve stepped out of a J. Crew Catalog.
Knowing all of this about them, their wedding didn’t disappoint. Their family and friends were just as nice as they were and every single detail was flawlessly and perfectly organized – from the bridesmaid dresses and bouquets (arranged by Shannon and friends!) to the sweet ceremony and awesome dance party at their reception.
Annapolis is so charming during the Christmas season and the Maryland State House and Snowflake Alley were the perfect backdrops for group and bride and groom portraits. I am consistently so honored that I get to be a part of the most amazing people’s wedding days.
Shannon and Zach – I am so happy for you two! Thank you for being awesome to work with and enjoy your warm weathered honeymoon!
